Sound Meditation uses ancient sound healing frequency music to calm stressful brain waves and avoid negative thoughts with a positive affirmation facilitating deep meditation with ease.

Sound Sleep Meditation uses a specific frequency to silence the mind by calming the deeper realms of the brain to Alpha-Beta brain waves providing conscious-active rest to the body and mind equivalent to hours of deep sleep.

Our body goes through different stages of the sleep cycle. Deep sleep is the third non-rapid eye movement (non-REM) sleep stage. Deep sleep is also called slow-wave sleep. In this deep sleep, your brain waves are at their slowest. Your heartbeat and breathing also slow down.
